Description

Gesztenyepüré is a light Hungarian dessert made with sweetened chestnuts, rum, and cream, passed through a press and served chilled.

Instructions

  1. Mix chestnut purée with sugar and rum.
  2. Press through a ricer onto serving plates.
  3. Top with whipped cream and chill.
