  • 200g cooked cabbage

Description

Named for the sounds it makes while cooking, bubble and squeak is a great way to use Sunday roast leftovers.

Instructions

  1. Mix potatoes and cabbage, season well.
  2. Form into patties and fry in butter until golden and crisp.
