  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Description

Empanada Gallega is a savoury pie enjoyed across Spain, known for its flaky crust and hearty filling.

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and peppers until soft. Add tuna and season.
  2. Divide dough, roll out, and fill with the tuna mix.
  3. Cover with second dough layer, seal edges, and brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
